I booked tickets for my family online as it worked out cheaper (around 10-15% discount). The safari itself is pretty poor. Really basic tour of the area with some animals to see. Nothing special really to justify the price. The walking zoo is a lot better. You get to see a variety of animals and there are plenty of opportunities to feed them.
The zoo is organized, clean and well maintained. There are free shuttles to bring you to the other part of the zoo. The staff are excellent. The animals are well taken cared of. The visit will take you almost 4 to 5hours to just roam around. There are food spots and the toilet are very clean and air conditioned.
